IMPORTANT ANNOUNCMENT: Little Canada, MN has been demoted as my favorite American town name. I’ve been daydreaming that Truth and Consequences got it’s name after a game of truth or dare where every dare was to have unprotected sex with a stranger in the town…so many consequences!

I have seriously been telling everyone I talk to about Truth or Consequences, New Mexico; well, ever since I learned of its existence - about a week ago.  It’s featured in the book I’m reading: Us: Americans Talk About Love, and for awhile it was hard for me to believe that it’s even a real place.

So, when I found this post on my dashboard today, you can bet I was surprised and a bit curious.  After reading this article on synchronicity from Tathaastu Magazine, I’ve been super aware of the daily coincidences in my life.

According to Deepak Chopra, M.D., “Whenever coincidences present themselves, you can dismiss them as meaningless or choose to recognize their amazing potential.  In reality, life’s coincidences aren’t random occurrences in a chaotic universe - they are clues to fulfilling your deepest dreams and desires.”

Anyway, I’m pretty sure this either means I’m supposed to drop everything I’m doing and move to Truth or Consequences OR drop everything I’m doing and get a job at BustedTees….
